Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain good relationship and supports to agents/brokers/clients.
  • Recruit new agents to expand premium growth.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums due from agents/brokers/clients.
  • Assist in implementing the agency/broking/branch’s business plan and strategies to meet the Company’s
    goals.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized Degree in relevant discipline. Those with AMII or DMII are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a marketing position in the general insurance
  • Industry is preferred. However, newly qualified candidates who aspire to develop a long term
  • Career in the field of general insurance may also apply.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willingness to learn with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Able to work independently with good communication skills.
